A visionary entrepreneur and diamond industry expert, Sésé founded Elikia Diamond to work in synergy with MINICO, the diamond mining company he has led as Managing Director since 2013. His mission is to build an ethical, vertically integrated value chain from mine to market. He drives Elikia Diamond’s strategy, growth, and international positioning, ensuring that transparency, authenticity, and positive impact remain at the core of its business model.

Sésé holds a Bachelor’s degree in Politics from the University of Saint-Louis in Brussels and is currently pursuing an Executive MBA (2024–2026) at Antwerp Management School, further strengthening his leadership in global business and sustainable growth.

Professor Tshibangu is a renowned geologist and mining engineer. Former Director of the Mining Engineering Program at the Polytechnic Department of the University of Mons (Belgium), he has led numerous geological and technical projects funded by the European Union. His internationally recognized expertise in rock mechanics and mining systems provides Elikia with a solid scientific and technical foundation for responsible resource development.
